Crocker & Associates, Inc. is one of the leading manufacturer's representatives in the pollution control market. We specialize in the sale of pollution process equipment to municipalities and industries. The company was founded in 1977 by J. Dennis Crocker. The company is headquartered in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Gail W. Crocker was named President following the retirement of Dennis Crocker in 2003. This year we are celebrating our 33rd anniversary of serving our customers in the Southeast.
In industrial application projects, we work through consulting engineers and/or direct with industries. For municipal projects, we work primarily through consulting engineers, municipalities and contractors. Experience has shown that we are most effective with consulting engineering firms that allow us to bring the value to a project through our role as a "partner in design." We provide equipment details and guaranteed performance levels to assist the consulting engineers in designing solutions for their clients problems.
The educational background of our sales staff is a critical component to our consulting capabilities. Our credentials include several Masters degrees in environmental engineering and a wide diversification of undergraduate degrees such as civil engineering, biology, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, etc.
The quality of our service and expertise is also supported by technical knowledge of the industry. We have extensive experience with biological wastewater treatment, physical/chemical wastewater treatment processes and systems. Our experience and knowledge is constantly growing to include the latest technologies and products.
Part of our added value for every project comes from knowing our manufacturers and their products. We understand the fundamentals and cause/effect relationships of those products, and how pollution control process equipment fits into the over-all picture.
We represent special companies that are selected for their quality service and products.
Crocker & Associates, Inc. specializes in consultative selling with early involvement at the development stage. We work to identify a problem and then lead the prospective customer to the best solution, which includes recommendations for the best quality products.
Our mission is to be of service to our clients from the design phase through installation, provide troubleshooting expertise and to offer process assistance on existing plants. We will never knowingly accept an order for any equipment that will not do the job for which it is intended or be as good as or better than any other piece of equipment available to do that job. We believe in putting the client first and being part of a quality solution.
